Cloud Forest comes from one of the most biodiverse places in the world, where clouds collide with mountains in Ecuador’s Intag Valley region. Finca La Soledad, a small family-run farm, stands at 1,515 meters in a terrace rising above a valley.
Pepe Jijón and his humble but masterful team produced and harvested an exclusive lot of washed Castillo & Typica for Honey Moon that was kept entirely organic throughout the process, and manifested as plump, robust cherries shining with hues of red wine. A generous, chocolatey coffee with notes of crisp green apple, sugarcane and dark stone fruit.
