Our Honey Moon Chocolate Bars showcase two Cusco, Peru-native cacao varietals: Chuncho and Theobroma Copoazu (often referred to as "white cacao").
These limited edition chocolate bars were produced and designed in direct collaboration with Pumatiy Chocolate, a tree to bar, multigenerational family operation based in Cusco, Peru. Pumatiy is renowned for their quality, but also for their inquisitive approach to producing chocolate products--by consciously bringing attention to the diverse varietals, sensory profiles and qualities of the cacao plant family.
Dairy free, vegan, tree to bar, all natural.
