Our House Blend is an ever-changing selection of sweet, silky coffees mindfully crafted to be enjoyed however you like most. This medium-bodied blend is chocolate-forward with pleasant undertones of Meyer lemon and bright red fruit.
Currently, our blend consists of two lots of coffee sourced and distributed by the wonderful folks behind Pergamino Coffee. We've admired Pergamino for years and are thrilled to be working with them on this offering! Each lot showcases a unique processing technique (one natural processed, one fully washed), making for a balanced cup that is round and clean yet bright all at once.
